PLOT

 Snitched upon once again by Albert Wesker (Shawn Roberts), Alice (Mila Jovovich) comes to life in the now-ruined White House. In her search for survivors, The Red Queen (Eva Gabo Anderson) appears and tells Alice that she must return to the Hive in Racoon City within 2 days , where the Umbrella Corporation has developed an airborne anti-virus, which will cause death to every organism affected by the T-virus, before all human kind will be lost.
When interrogated on why she betrayed her creators, The Red Queen replies Alice by telling her she will be informed once she arrives at The Hive.

On her journey to Racoon city, Dr. Isaacs (Lain Glen), initially thought to be dead, captures her. He informs her that the one she killed was a clone. He decides to strap and toss her to a horde of Zombies on an armored vehicle, but Alice escapes. Alice later arrives in the now destroyed Racoon City. As she surveys the streets, Alice is knocked unconscious and captured by a group of survivors, consisting of Doc (Eoin Macken), Abigail (Ruby Rose), Christian (William Levy), Cobalt (Rola), Razor (Fraser James) and Claire Redfield (Ali Larter), with Claire shown to have survived despite the assault on Arcadia. Christian at first, doubts Alice and makes a move to kill her but Claire stops him. Revealing that a group of armored vehicles and a horde of Zombies is coming their way, the group prepares to make their last stand. They manage to defeat the enemy forces, with the assistance of Abigail, although Cobalt is killed in the process. The group later realizes that a second horde is coming to their direction. 

With no defenses left, Alice and the crew decided to get to The Hive,entrance, located on the bottom of a crater. However, Wesker, having taken control of The Hive releases the mutated dogs, killing Christian. Upon arriving at The Hive, The Red Queen appears again and explains the reason of her betrayal. It is revealed that someone uploaded a video recording of the Umbrella executives, including Issacs, talking about the end of the world, and that the Umbrella Corporation had released the T-virus on purpose in order to cleanse the world, save the rich and powerful with cryogenics in the Hive, and later rebuild the world how they desire. The Red Queen, although programmed to never hurt an Umbrella employee, was also programmed to value human life, which is why she enlists Alice's help in order to stop Issacs. The Red Queen also warns Alice about one of the group being a spy for the Umbrella corporation.

Upon entering The Hive's air chamber , Wesker activates the electricity, causing the fan to spin and resulting in the death of Abigail. In the ventilation ducts, Alice and Razor fall into a trap, pitting them against a BOW. Razor is devoured by the BOW, but Alice kills it. Meanwhile, Claire fell into a glass confinement but manages to escape, Alice reunites with Doc, plants a bomb and comes face to face with the real Dr. Isaacs. it is revealed that Doc is Umbrella's spy. Claire also appears, held at gunpoint by Wesker. A cryogenic capsule opens, containing Alicia Marcus, leader of the Umbrella Corporation and daughter of Dr. Marcus, Issac's associate whom Wesker killed due to rejecting the T-virus proposal. It is revealed that Alice is a clone from Alicia, which explains her loss of childhood memories. Isaacs also reveals his plans to overthrow Alicia as the leader of the Umbrella corporation. However as Alicia is still in charge, she "fires" Wesker, causing the security to recognize him as a civilian and cut his legs. Alice attacks Isaacs, but Isaacs escapes. Doc tries to shoot Alice, but his gun is empty, and Doc is shot dead by Claire.

Encouraged by Alicia's words, Alice and Claire fight Isaacs. Alice detonates a grenade in Isaac's pocket causing it to explode and severely injure Isaacs. Alice retrieves the antivirus, killing and heads outside. As she tries to drop the antivirus, Isaacs still alive , stops her, but one of his clones kills him before being devoured by the zombies. with a few seconds to spare, Alice releases the antivirus, killing all the zombies, and presumably herself. The bomb planted within The Hive explodes, killing Alicia, Wesker and everyone within it.

Claire later awakes Alice, revealed to be alive. The Red Queen explains that the antivirus killed the T-virus within Alice's body, ensuring her survival. Later, The Red Queen gives Alice an eyepiece containing all the memories of Alicia during childhood, stating that the clone (Alice)  is more human than the Umbrella Executives. Alice rides a motorcycle to places unknown while being chased by BOW's, stating that her Job isn't finished yet and that it will take several years for the antivirus to circle the globe.
