TITANIC'S KATE WINSLET TO FEATURE IN AVATAR FILMS

Academy Award winner Kate Winslet will feature in the upcoming Avatar franchise. She will play the character Ronal. In coming on board the films, she reunites with director James Cameron with whom she collaborated with on the set of the blockbuster hit Titanic.
 While talking about her taking up the role,Director James Cameron said " Kate and I have been looking for something to do together for 20 years, since our collabo on Titanic, which was one of the most rewarding of my career. I can't wait to see her bring the character to life."

  • Avatar 2 will hit theatres December 18, 2020.
  • Avatar 3 will hit theatres December 17, 2021.
  • Avatar 4 has a release date for Dec. 20, 2024.
  • Avatar 5 has a release date for Dec 19, 2025.  
Filming for the first four has already began.
