After ending the first two weekends as runner-up to Star Wars: The Last JediJumanji: Welcome to the Jungle  has claimed top-honour in the subsequent 3 weeks, consolidating its perch atop the box-office with a Jaw-dropping $317 million total domestic gross to go with $450 million International total to have a cumulative total gross of $867 million globally. It is Sony Studios 8th biggest global gross ever and presently occupies the 80th position on the list of highest grossing movies of all time after just 33 days. That's mind-blowing.

Hot on the heels of Jumanji  in number 2 is 12 Strong : The declassified true story of the horse-soldiers, which made a solid start with a cool $16.5 million in its opening weekend. The Warner Brothers production which is based on Doug Stanton's 2009 best seller,"Horse-Soldiers", and has a budget of $38 million amassed that total from 3,002 theatres.

The crime-thriller, which sees a successful armed robbery crew make a seemingly impossible attempt on the Federal Reserve Bank, has a $30 million budget and runs for 140 minutes.

Climbing down two steps from the previous week in fourth (4) is The Post. Everybody's favourite bear, Paddington 2 climbs up to sixth with $8.2 million for a domestic box-office total of $25 million in 14 days, while the much anticipated Liam Neeson classic The Commuter, disappoints in its sophomore week with a princely $6.56 million to stay in seventh position. It has a domestic box-office total of $25.7 million.

Walt Disney Studios Star Wars: The Last Jedi inspite of crashing the $1 billion dollar mark in the global box-office continues to go strong in 8th with a reasonable $6.5 million for a total domestic box-office total of $604.284 million in it's sixth week.   Insidious: The Last Key dropped four steps below to 9th with a weekend gross of $5.94 million from 2,546 theatres to amass a total domestic box-office gross of $58.7 million in less than 23 days. The horror thriller still scares the shit out of viewers and for the records too, is still 2018's highest grossing movie.
